Abstract
At the XVIth World Conference on Health Promotion and Health Education in San Juan, Puerto Rico, 21-26 June 1998, two IUHPE Global Network Development Sessions (GND) will be devoted to working on the issues of advocacy for health and health promotion. This paper has been developed as a contribution to stimulate thought and discussion.
