Erratum

Abstract

The article by F.A.M. Stroink entitled ‘The Legal Protection of the Citizen against the Administration and the Organization of the Judiciary’ published in 1995, Volume 2, Number 3 of the Maastricht Journal unfortunately contained a mistake. The last word of the third line of page 286 should have been ‘via’ instead of ‘and’. The correct sentence is therefore:

‘The Queen's Bench is a chamber of the High Court and, among others, supervises the operation of inferior courts, tribunals, ministers and so on, via applications for judicial review’.
