A baseline survey was conducted in 2025 of 10 university-based agri-food innovation centres, which provides a snapshot of current practices, services and challenges faced by institutions supporting food and beverage entrepreneurs. The results highlight the diversity of funding models, service offerings and client engagement strategies used to foster regional food innovation ecosystems.
