The domestic capabilities and compulsions are the major inputs in a country's foreign policy. Regional and global circumstances influence these inputs and make them operational. Thus, the foreign policy of a country, at any given time, reflects the internal and regional contexts. This paper proposes to highlight the domestic dilemma, regional vulnerability and global alignments in Saudi foreign policy.
