Abstract
This caselet is a description of differences between two individuals in an academic institute. The problem(s) it addresses have a bearing on relations between academic and administrative people, organization culture, systems and processes and traditional and modern e-mail communications. The case situation is not to be used as an illustration of correct or incorrect way of addressing the issues. It can be used for teaching purpose.
