Abstract
In today’s increasingly fast-moving world, just about everything is becoming obsolete at a rate that is shocking compared to even the recent past. Business concepts, product designs, competitor intelligence, capital equipment and all kinds of knowledge have shorter credible life spans. The challenge managers face today is to achieve creative solution to the problems and to think of new opportunities. The Potential Performance Programming (PPP) model has been an attempt at resolving these issues considering the present and future needs of both organisations and individuals. In this context, the PPP model was put to test in Techno Park, Thiruvananthapuram. The outcome of the study clearly implies that the nature of education and training the employee undergoes, exercises a his/her significant influence in shaping personality to cater to the requirements of their professions. The results of the empirical studies proved the fact that PPP would enable the software firm to deliver unique and superior value products to its global customer consistently and continuously during the period of the study.
