Abstract
After liberalisation, Indian companies will have to become market driven. Many business houses are restructuring and reengineering their companies. Outsourcing strategy will play a key part in this process and such decisions should be taken from the strategic perspective in order to sustain competitive advantage in dynamic environment. The present study emphasises the key aspect and significant contribution of outsourcing in competitive business environment.
