Abstract
The study examines Quality of Worklife of 491 Managers with respect to size of organization (N: Large = 241, Medium = 132 and Small 118) from 30 organizations (Public =12, Private = 9, Cooperative = 9) of Indian Industry, using various univariate, bivariate and multivariate, statistical techniques. Results have revealed significant correlation between quality of worklife of Managers and size of organization.
To arrive at specific results, superimposition of size of organization and sectoral differences have been done and results discussed.
