Abstract
Organizational Culture represents one of the newest topics in the field of Organizational Behaviour. It refers to a set of key values, beliefs and understanding that are shared by the members of an organization. The focus of culture is to provide members with a sense of identity and to generate within them a commitment to the beliefs and values of the organization.
