Uniaxial and equibiaxial creep tests were performed to study the mechanical behaviour of an epoxy resin. Multiaxial mechanical behaviour under a constant octahedral shear strain-rate was also studied by subjecting specimens to different strain combinations (loading paths). The effect of loading rates was further investigated by changing the octahedral shear strain rates along each loading path. Stress envelopes for two octahedral shear strain values and the failure stress envelope are discussed and compared with von Mises ellipses.
