3 These projects were, respectively, the modernization of the Cheb transit railway station in the Czech Republic, the Polish-Belarusian border-crossing point at Kuznica, and a seminar on the functioning of nongovernmental organizations under the auspices of the Council of the Baltic Sea States. These are only three examples of projects that were completed or well under way as of the June 1996 EU progress report.
