The agreement on Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) contains the so-called 'Double Zero Option', i.e. the world-wide scrapping of all land-based (nuclear-armed) ballistic and cruise missiles with a range of 1,000 km to 5,500 km (Zero Option) and of 500 to 1,000 km (Double Zero Option).
