An informal study of library services to migrant workers in West Germany. Information on the growing awareness of the need for special provision for ethnic minorities and on current practices wasgathered during a study tour in the Federal Republic. To illustrate the gradual shift from local to national concern both independent and co-operative ventures are des cribed.
