Abstract
A seminar Harnessing Daylight was organised jointly by CIBSE and J A Lynes was held at Hull School of Architecture, UK, on 19-20 July 1988, attracting 32 participants from a variety of backgrounds. Topics addressed included sundials, the solar bracelet, critical assessment of daylit spaces, energy-effective design for daylight, performance of glazing materials and daylighting for schools.
