Abstract
Forced eviction as an increment of demographic manipulation considers the long- established policy of forced evictions carried out by the state of Israel against the Palestinians under its jurisdiction or control and the sheer scale in terms of the number of Palestinian Arabs who have been dispossessed of their homes and lands within the Israeli state. The paper describes the origins of the policy on forced evictions, how it was incorporated into Israeli law and the measures Palestinian Arabs have taken to oppose the evictions and the wider discrimination of which these are part.
