Abstract
Financing shelter and community improvements for low-income families in Central America describes the Cooperative Housing Foundation's shelterfinance and community development programme in Central America. Local NGOs in six countries in the region have been supported in their capacity to deliver credit and provide a range of shelter solutions for low-income families.
