Abstract

Book Notes give short descriptions of recently published books, papers and reports on all subjects relevant to the environment and development. Priority is given to items produced by research groups and NGOs in Africa, Asia and Latin America. This section also includes short descriptions of newsletters and journals. Send us a copy of any publication you would like included; we produce Book Notes of publications in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
To allow our readers to get news of new publications more quickly, we now post Book Notes on the web at http://www.environmentandurbanization.org/book-notes. These are open access, so you do not need a subscription to access them.
