Abstract
To satisfy the process requirements of kitchen pot production enterprises, the kitchen pot needs to be rotated and corrected based on the direction of the pot bottom label, and the handle base should be welded in a directional manner. Therefore, based on machine vision technology, this article studies the angle measurement algorithm and system implementation of pot bottom labels and proposes a pot bottom label angle measurement algorithm based on contour group matching. By using Maximum inter class variance method (OTSU) binarization segmentation and morphological processing, the problem of incomplete contour extraction caused by lighting changes and surface stains has been alleviated; The contour group matching at various angles was achieved by utilizing the rotational invariance of geometric moment invariants. The measurement system has been implemented and validated, and the test results show that using the pot bottom label angle measurement algorithm based on contour group matching has a lower average error and average detection time.
