Abstract

The effect of power density, scanning velocity, and pulse frequency on residual stress in laser grooving process 10.1177/0954405411406610
The first author informed Sage that the results in this article have been falsified. The author has explained that all the results in the article, such as the residual stresses, the grooves depth and the effect of pulse frequency, etc., are incorrect.
Due to the concerns that call into question the validity of the findings, this article is retracted.
