Abstract
Women in Technology in the European Community (WITEC) is an EC and Scandinavian network of organizations committed to the advancement of women in the areas of science, technology and enterprise. Funded by the European Community's COMETT Programme, it currently includes members from all types of organization in Western Europe and is beginning to expand into Hungary and Russia.
