Abstract
Gigantic changes have been occurring in China over the past few decades. After more than 30 years of centralizing and nationalizing lands, enterprises, shops and all production materials, China has recognized some shortcomings in its practice and has been aware that it will be impossible to achieve the goal of modernization without some basic orientated reforms both in its economic and political systems.
