This report describes the evaluation and treatment of a malocclusion problem in a kinkajou. The treatment included crown reduction and direct pulpotomy of the mandibular canine teeth. The report includes an extensive explanation of vital pulpotomy for all teeth and supports crown reduction as a viable option for treatment of malocclusion.
