In home health care, quality leadership empowers employees to provide high standards of care to meet client/patient satisfaction. These standards of care require performance evaluations based on job descriptions and what constitutes a “good job.” The cluster evaluation ranking procedure meets these requirements. For groups of employees with the same job description, the cluster evaluation information is useful for continuous quality improvement in the area of human resources.
