Abstract

Analytic Atlas Maker is a mapping program. It is not a full geographical information system such as the relatively costly Maplnfo or Atlas GIS, and it does not include all the convenient formatting features of those programs or Atlas Graphics, but it would fill the mapping needs of many social scientists, and it contains unusual and extremely useful statistical graphing and boundary file reading features.
