Abstract
This single large volume and the three floppy diskettes that accompany it provide readers with a practical view of why they should integrate their Windows applications. The book provides functional descriptions of Object Linking and Embedding (OLE), Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), macros, and templates. How these tools can be used to tap the productivity potential of specific computing resources is illustrated in multiple, detailed examples. The authors allocate five chapters and 185 pages to "real life vignettes" to demonstrate when to use integration to optimize computing efficiency.
