Abstract
Mystat is the student edition of Systat, one of the leading statistical packages. Mystat can handle 50 variables and up to 32,000 cases. Procedures include descriptive, statistics, multiway crosstabulation, t-tests, ANOVA, ANCOVA, and multiple regression. Online help supplements the clear tutorials in the manual. However, this version does not implement the pull-down menu system of Systat 5.o and its graphics are largely limited to histograms, box plots, and scatterplots. Nonetheless, in price and performance for social science courses, this package is difficult to beat.
