Abstract
Measurement & Scahng Strategist is one of five expert systems programs which comprise the Methodologist's Toolchest from this publisher. The program was designed to assist in the construction of survey items, scales, and questionnaires. For the first-time survey constructor, it reinforces or reminds the student of the constraining issues in the development of a good instrument.
