Abstract
An spss-like batch-oriented language, sL-MICRO would appear to be a reasonably priced alternative for users of mainframe statistical packages. It is oriented toward the questionnaire user and provides the basic procedures to analyze such data. The command line/batch orientation may, however, prove somewhat difficult for the new user accustomed to menu-oriented programs.
