Abstract
Artificial Intelligence and Psychiatry is a detailed discussion of the relationship of computer science to psychiatric practice. To illustrate his points, the author reviews schematically a number of concepts of artificial intelligence programming without introducing technical knowledge of programming or mathematics. It is well referenced and its tone is very positive, stopping short of strident.
