Abstract
EVERYBODY'S PLANNER is really two separate programs designed for project management and flowcharting. The first, SCHEDULES, is functionally based on the critical-path method of project management. With this program it is possible to develop critical-path diagrams using PERT charts and project calendars. SCHEDULES prints reports for management of resources, budgets, and scheduling. The second program, FLOWCHARTS, can create single- or multiple-page flowcharts directly onscreen. The program allows for the use of standard flowchart symbols with the inclusion of labels. Flowcharts can be printed on most graphics printers.
