Abstract

This is an excellent work for the stated purpose of introducing language teachers to CAI. It discusses general principles of CAI and also provides clear and powerful details about CAI. However, it is less useful for social scientists, who are less likely to have the "clearly delineated subject matter" appropriate to CAI.
