Abstract
SHOWCASE is an outstanding package that is apt to be neglected by social science instructors. Designed to create demonstration disks for software publishers, SHOWCASE also can be used by instructors to create colorful on-disk tutorials about many software packages used in their classes. Moreover, the demonstration disks may be distributed to others royalty-free (provided the course software itself can be so distributed). SHOWCASE is thus an inexpensive, easy-to-use authoring system for creating on-disk lessons about computer subjects.
