Abstract
This program is a well-written tutorial that introduces project planning, scheduling, and control. It assumes that the user will next move on to one of the many planning software products on the market, such as HARVARD PROJECT MANAGER or PROJECT MANAGER WORKBENCH. Thus it represents a generic approach to describing and illustrating CPM, resource allocation, Gantt charting, and other project management techniques. The tutorial is well designed, but it is unclear whether there is in fact a large need for such a product.
