Abstract
Summary: COMPUTER DIPLOMACY is a game of negotiation useful for teaching the roles of geopolitics and diplomacy in international alliances. The setting is Europe just prior to World War I. Each player selects a country and tries through diplomatic negotiation and military strategy to gain effective control of Europe. Though the game does have its application to social science, the difficulty in acquainting students with troop movement commands hinders its classroom usefulness. However, students with the time and ability to use this simulation would be benefited.
