Abstract
Summary: GEMODEL is a general equilibrium program for instruction and research. Users can input data, delete and restore equations, and change coefficients. They can compare base runs to altered runs. The software cannot generate graphs. Because of cumbersome commands and an unclear manual, users should know MS-DOS. Because of the model's sophistication and the lack of a tutorial, users should also know microeconomics and modeling. GEMODEL is recommended for use at the graduate level.
