Abstract
Summary: This program is a simulation that allows the user to become an emperor of a small developing country in Southeast Asia. It is based loosely on the history of South Vietnam but it could also apply in a general way to other developing countries that are threatened by a communist takeover. The user makes decisions as an emperor of the country and how these decisions are made determines the outcome, whether you live and your country becomes a democracy or whether you die. ANNAM was reviewed using an Apple II +.
