Abstract
Summary: This package contains a teacher's manual with student worksheets and two floppy disks: one with program instructions and sample work-through exercises and one with database files. Program exercises encourage students to collect and analyze demographic information using local area statistics. From information gathered, students are encouraged to project, make predictions, and suggest improvements. This program would be excellent for enrichment and/or differentiated assignment activity for middle school or secondary level students.
