Abstract
Summary: Written in PASCAL /IBM = TURBO, Apple = Apple PASCAL), this is an inexpensive way for social scientists to experiment with a "backward chaining" expert systems shell program. Via a word processor or PASCAL editor, a knowledge base may be built with up to 400 IF...THEN rules, with accompanying prompts and translations. With a PASCAL compiler, functions and procedures may be added.
