Abstract

Summary: INTROSTAT 2.2 produces descriptive statistics and tests that are typical of most introductory statistics books and classes. It also includes two non-parametric procedures, the Mann-Whitney U test and the Wilcoxin matched-pairs signed-ranks test, which are not normally found in similar packages. A file management system and a random sampler program are also included. The package is menu-driven. This review was conducted using the mum PC version of the package.
