Abstract
Framework is an integrated software package that has database management, word-processing, graphics, spreadsheet, outlining, and telecommunications capabilities along with its own programming language. Framework's programming language (called "FRED") does data manipulation quickly because it works totally from the computer's random access memory (RAM). However, this feature requires at least 384k of memory for serious use and limits the number of analyzable cases to those that can fit in memory simultaneously.
