Crystallization at constant temperature and under nonisothermal conditions was analyzed using the time-temperature-transformation concept. The correlation between isothermal and continuous cooling curves allows the rate of cooling that is needed to manufacture a product with a specific microstructure to be determined The crystallization range (time or temperature), which has a major impact on the quality and quantity of crystallinity within the material, can be predicted for various heat treatments This con cept is universely applicable to any number of materials.
