Abstract
Fearnhill and The Highfield Schools have just embarked on a new partnership for initial teacher training, with Cambridge University Department of Education and Homerton College. Some guidelines on how to manage ITT through partnership are beginning to emerge from their experience and readers contemplating, or involved in, similar developments, should find these of interest.
