lssues are discussed that arose in the training and implementaiyon of the Adaptive Leaming Environments Model at two different sites. A brief description of the model and the sites is followed by specific issues. Suggestions are made for ameliorating conditions that might arise in other training and implementation endeavors with this model and others aimed at mainstreaming and school improvement.
