Abstract
This article proposes a conceptual model for analyzing major delivery systems of instructional content (separate course, integration into ongoing courses, and combined approach) used in Dean's Grants. Curriculum and faculty development issues are considered and weighted. Implications of the impact of delivery systems in Dean's Grants are suggested for the incorporation of content on other sociopolitical issues (e.g., multicultural education, child abuse) into the teacher education curriculum.
