Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess student attitudes toward a computer simulation designed to assess construction quality in ready-to-wear garments. Students enrolled in an entry-level, basic clothing construction course completed the simulation and an attitude scale. Results indicate that users believe assessing construction quality through a computer simulation is possible. No clear profile emerged of the learners who would have the more positive attitude toward the computer exercise; however, significant correlation did exist between variables such as the subjects attitude toward the logistics of the simulation and computer activities in general.
