Abstract
Pay and rewards are evolving quickly. It is likely that the Web will play an increasing role in both the content and the infrastructure for the next 10 years. This article makes a business case for using the Web for more than merely accelerating existing pay and rewards solutions. Instead, value-added reward solutions such as skill pay can be facilitated by Web applications. Many of the pieces of the skill pay solution already exist, so the real challenge is integration as well as innovation.
