Abstract
In CBR’s first electronic roundtable, five CBR Board members and contributors responded to five important questions about major changes that will affect salary management over the next 5 years. The anticipated changes include broad economic and social changes, emerging trends in job and work system design, developments in the issue of linking salary systems to prevailing market levels or internal pay levels, the rise of paythe- person models and technological change.
