The present brief report examines the relationship between rapists' scores on measures of loneliness, intimacy, hostility toward women, and rape myth acceptance. We found that intimacy was most strongly related to each of the other three factors, although scores on all measures were significantly related to scores on all other measures. The results are considered in terms of their theoretical and treatment implications.
