This article reports the experience of presenting a problem-focused play about
work/family conflict to audiences of women and managers. It focuses on an
evaluation of the audience groups' and student-actors' reactions to the play
and explores the relationships among drama, consciousness raising, and
self-empowerment of working women. The uses of drama in feminist social
work practice are suggested.
