Abstract
The above article, which appeared in the January issue (25:1) of the Journal of Child Neurology, contained the following errors. In Table 2, on p. 11, the name displayed as ‘‘Holden,Kenton R., Jr’’ is incorrect and should instead appear as ‘‘Holden, Kenton R.’’ In Table 6, on p. 19, the citation information for the first author Chiron C is incorrect. The correct citation information is 1991; 6(suppl 2):2S52-2S59. Reference 239 contains incorrect information. The correct page range for this reference is: 431-445. 1
